Coaching

Executive coaching

Leadership takes more than authority. It takes calm, assertiveness, empathy and the ability to inspire others, especially under pressure.

Typical questions

Does this sound familiar?

These are the kinds of questions leaders and teams bring to me.

  • “I carry too much and lose oversight”

  • “I'm facing a difficult decision”

  • “I've just started in a new role”

  • “My work and life are out of balance”

Coaching for the leaders of tomorrow

In a fast-changing environment, leadership can bring great rewards, and great stress. My executive coaching focuses on sustainable performance: so you keep leading well and take your team with you, without losing yourself.

Together we explore your values, behaviour and potential. You find the solutions; I help you see them and hold on to them.

Relational coaching

You don't operate in isolation. We also look at the relationships, structures and processes in your organisation that shape your leadership, and how to use those dynamics to your advantage.

What it gives you

  • A clear view of your strengths and blind spots
  • Calm and focus under pressure and in hard choices
  • More effective leadership of your team
  • A healthier balance between work and life

She has helped me and some of the colleagues I work most closely with by finding simple ways to adjust how we approach each other, and even work itself. I only wish I had started working with her sooner.

My approach

Calm, sharp and personal

No standard programme. A clear structure.

  1. Step 01

    Introduction

We discuss your question, the context and what you want to achieve. You will know right away if it clicks.

  2. Step 02

    Insight

Through conversation, and a Hogan assessment where useful, we map strengths, pitfalls and patterns.

  3. Step 03

    Change

Over three, six or twelve months we work on behaviour, collaboration and balance. Practical and measurable.
